Restore a site from a backup

A restore writes yesterday’s copy over today’s files.

Do this on the day you see the break. Posts added after the backup are lost. If you are not sure, open a ticket first.

  1. Pick the date in the backup product’s panel.
  2. Restore only the broken folder. Do not pick the whole account if you do not need to.
  3. When it finishes, check the site in a private window.
