Privacy notice

This notice is the customer disclosure for TechNest Hosting, a brand of Code Sphere Solutions Limited. The company was incorporated on 19 January 2024. Director: Cem Karagol. The registered office is in the United Kingdom. Most customers today are in Turkey. The service can be bought from anywhere.

Controller

The controller is Code Sphere Solutions Limited, 15427179, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, cemwebyazilim@gmail.com. CBK Yazılım is the support partner in Turkey. The controller and the contracting party is Code Sphere Solutions Limited.

Data we keep

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, address.
• Account: a hash of the password. The plain password is not stored.
• Order: product, domain, amount, currency, payment state, term and support messages.
• Service: panel username, the technical record of an opened account, nameservers.
• Technical: session, language and currency cookies.

Card number, expiry and security code are not stored in this software. Card payment runs on Stripe.

Why

Data is used to open the account, take the order, prepare a domain or hosting, track the term, invoice, support the customer and keep the account secure. The grounds are the contract, a legal duty and the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. There is no advertising cookie and no ad network. A marketing message is sent only with a separate consent.

Who receives it

The payment record goes to Stripe. Opening a domain or hosting sends name, email, phone and the domain to the system that performs the registration. Without that, the name or the account cannot open. Mail, certificates, protection, backup and the site builder are passed on only as far as that service requires. Data is not sold to an ad network.

Outside the country

The company is registered in the United Kingdom. A customer’s data from Turkey is processed there to perform the contract. Payment data sits in Stripe’s payment system. A transfer is limited to what the service needs and is made with appropriate safeguards.

How long

The record stays while the account is open. After a deletion request, data we are not required to keep is deleted. Invoice and contract records stay for the period the law requires.

Rights

Write to cemwebyazilim@gmail.com to access, correct, delete, restrict or move data, or to object, under Turkish KVKK article 11 and the UK GDPR. Give your name, email and the request in plain words. A complaint can go to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the United Kingdom, to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

A cookie remembers only the language, the currency and the session. If the necessary cookie is blocked, sign-in and the language choice are not remembered. There is no advertising pixel.
