Distance-selling terms

What you buy

You buy, remotely, a domain registration or transfer, Linux or Windows hosting, several sites, many accounts, a dedicated server, business mail, a certificate, site protection, backup, watching, a recovery copy or a site builder. Delivery is online. There is no parcel.

Price

The bold price on the card is the amount charged. The struck price is the list price. A one-year, two-year or three-year price is the total for that term. Dollars and pounds follow the rate set in admin. The amount on the card is the amount the company invoices. This is not the Turkish e-invoice system.

Payment and delivery

The card is taken on Stripe’s page. The card number never reaches this site. When payment lands, the order is paid. A domain, hosting, mail, certificate and site builder open after payment. If one cannot open at that moment, it stays in preparation and appears in the panel when it is ready. A dedicated server is not bought by the payment alone; access details are written in the panel when it is ready. Ask support about time you could not use.

Term

The term is what the card says. There is no automatic card charge. You see the end in the panel. To extend, you buy again or write to support.

Withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw by writing to cemwebyazilim@gmail.com within fourteen days of the contract. If a domain is already registered, a hosting account is open, a mailbox is open or the site-builder editor is open, performance has started at your request. A refund then takes account of the registration or setup cost already paid to a third party. If the service has not opened, the refund runs through Stripe. If a dedicated server is not set up yet, withdrawal is considered before a setup cost exists.

The panel

You see what you bought in your own panel. A Linux account enters cPanel, and a Windows account enters Plesk, from the button on that row. Nameservers, the contact and DNS for a domain are written in this panel. Mail, a certificate, protection, backup, watching and the site builder open from that service’s row. You do not need a separate reseller panel.

Complaints and law

Open a support ticket first. If it is not solved, write to cemwebyazilim@gmail.com. The law of England and Wales applies. That choice does not remove mandatory rights in the consumer’s country. A consumer in Turkey may apply to the consumer arbitration committee within its monetary limits.
