Company checks on an EV certificate

EV asks for the company to be checked as well as the domain. It does not go live until the papers are ready.

The request opens with payment. The company name, address and officer should match the company on the contract. If a paper is missing, open a ticket. Do not paste the file into the ticket as if it were a password. The reply tells you how to send it.

  1. Buy the EV card with the domain the certificate will cover.
  2. When company papers are requested, open a support ticket.
  3. After approval, select the certificate for the site in the hosting panel.
