When to use a recovery backup

A recovery backup is for returning to the day the site broke. It sits apart from the everyday backup.

After purchase it attaches to the domain. You restore from the link on the service card once that link is ready. If it is not ready, open a ticket and do not include a password.

  1. Buy the recovery card with the domain.
  2. If the service page has a link, restore from there.
  3. If there is no link, write the date in a support ticket.
