When mail lands in spam

First check that SPF and DKIM exist. Then simplify the subject line.

Bulk notices, short links and large attachments raise the spam score. Send the first messages to a few people, as plain text. If you suspect a blocklist, write the domain on a ticket. Do not write a password.

  1. Confirm SPF, DKIM and, if needed, DMARC in DNS.
  2. Try a subject without shouting and without a needless attachment.
  3. If it still lands there, open a ticket with the sender address and one recipient example.
