Set up mail on a phone and a computer

Incoming mail is IMAP 993, outgoing mail is SMTP 587. Both are encrypted.

The username is the full mailbox: name@yourdomain. The server is mail.yourdomain. If you see a certificate warning, still save the account and mention the warning in a ticket. Do not include the password.

  1. Choose IMAP as the account type.
  2. Incoming port 993, outgoing port 587.
  3. Turn authentication on for the outgoing server too.
