Mail and PHP inside the hosting panel

On Linux, mailboxes and the PHP version are in cPanel. On Windows, the same jobs are in Plesk.

The TechNest panel does not keep a list of these settings. Enter with the button and change the version and the mailbox there. If you do not know the version, write what the site asks for in a ticket. Do not upgrade by guess.

  1. Enter cPanel on Linux, or Plesk on Windows.
  2. For mail, create a mailbox. For PHP, use the site’s version tool.
  3. After the change, reload the site in a private window.
