File transfer and FTP

The file port is 21. The user and password match your cPanel or Plesk password.

In the FTP program, use the domain as the server. Do not use a temporary address. The folder is the site root. Do not delete wp-config.

  1. Copy the username from the hosting card.
  2. Server: your domain. Port: 21.
  3. If it will not connect, renew the password on the card and restart the program.
