Add business mail to Outlook

Incoming is IMAP, outgoing is SMTP. The password is the mailbox password.

The server name looks like mail.yourdomain.com. If a certificate warning appears, check the address. Do not accept the warning forever.

  1. In Outlook add an account and choose manual setup.
  2. Use 993 for incoming and 587 for outgoing. Turn encryption on for both.
  3. The username is the full mail address, not only the part before the at-sign.
