MX records for Google Workspace

If you bought Workspace, the domain MX row must point at the server Google gives you.

If the old hosting MX stays, mail splits. One copy goes to the old box, one to Google. Leave a single destination.

  1. Copy the MX text from the Workspace setup screen.
  2. Delete the old MX rows in the domain DNS.
  3. Paste the new row and refresh Google’s check after a while.
