What happens when a domain term ends

When the term ends, the site and the mail can stop. There is no automatic card charge.

You see the end date in Account. To renew, buy the same product again or open a ticket. Do not let the term pass and hope nobody else takes the name.

  1. Read the domain end date in Account.
  2. Before it ends, buy the same extension again.
  3. After payment the term extends. If it does not, write the order number on a ticket.
