Where the payment record sits

The card payment finishes on Stripe’s page. The card number does not stay at TechNest.

The order status shows in Account. The bank line shows the Stripe name. For an invoice, write the order date on a ticket.

  1. Open the order row in Account.
  2. Note the date and the product name.
  3. If you need a document, write those two facts on a ticket.
