TechNestPreparing means the order is in the queue. A domain, hosting, mail and a certificate can open the same day. A dedicated Windows server can take longer. When it is ready, the address and the user appear on the same card.
You do not need to close the card and open it again. Refreshing the page is enough. If a card does not open, the support ticket is written from the same account. The account sits in the panel.
