TechNestThe disk is shared by files, mail and backups. When it is full, WordPress will not save a post and incoming mail bounces. The usage line in the panel says so.
Old backups, unused plugins and large pictures are the first place to look. A mailbox can also fill its own quota. You read the quota in the spec on the hosting card.
