TechNestWordPress is two parts. Files are the theme and the pictures. The database is the posts, the comments and the settings. When you move, take both. Mixing yesterday’s files with today’s database confuses the site.
The backup tool in the panel usually packs both into one archive. If you take it by hand, do not forget the export. The move note sits elsewhere in the journal. The account opens in the panel.
