TechNestA ticket opens from the support section of the account. The subject and the message stay on record. A closed label does not mean the thread was deleted. When you return to the list, it is there with its date.
If you reply to a closed ticket, it opens again. If the subject is new, open a new ticket. Splitting one subject across two tickets splits the reply too. The section sits in the panel.
