TechNestThe panel of a Windows account is Plesk. WordPress Toolkit is a separate part of Plesk. When it is on, install, theme and plugins run from there. When it is off, that button is not there. Files and the database are still in Plesk.
Read this on the card before you buy. The Nest Windows line installs from there when Toolkit is on. A dedicated server also uses Plesk. Whether Toolkit is on for that server is visible on the screen once the account opens. The card is on the Windows hosting page.
